Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in München-Ost eine/n Office Administrator (m/w) in Vollzeit mit Übernahmeoption bzw. Direktvermittlung

Prime Duties / Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation and regular preparation of management reports by sales person against target (revenue by market segment, backlog vs quarterly targets)
• Check invoices
• Fixed asset verification and control
• Keep track of all leasing machines
• SEPA and direct debit paperwork
• Communication with government offices
• Helping preparing audits
• Petty Cash
• Travel expenses & credit cards
• Organisation of office/events/visitors and Hotel bookings
• Leasing, Telephone and Cleaning Service
• Processing high volumes of invoices to customers
• Manage Fedex, UPS and other courier services
• Organise Employee Visa´s 
• Purchase office supplies
• Keep track and records of the office keys
• Company Car Pool Management

Stellenanforderungen

Personal Profile:

• Fluent in English and German (speaking and writing)
• Excellent communication skils
• Accurate data entry skills
• A strong work ethic with an ability to work to deadlines
• Good team worker; self-motivated with autonomous work-style
• Very good Excel-Skills are essential
